Terms of Use
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Welcome to Pecca. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. What Pecca does
Pecca lets you save products to a personal wardrobe by pasting a link. When you paste one, the app opens that specific page because you asked it to, the way a “save” or “reader” button would, and reads the title, price, and image so you can file it away. Pecca never browses or crawls the web on its own.
2. Your side of the deal
- Only save links to pages you’re allowed to view.
- Don’t use Pecca to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, or get around a site’s access controls beyond ordinary viewing.
- Don’t abuse the service, like bulk-saving with automation or trying to overload or attack the infrastructure.
3. Your content, and what you let us do with it
You own what you save. So we can run the app, you give us a limited license to store it, process it, and show it back to you. If you choose to share a collection, that license also lets us show it on the unlisted page you create. Turn off sharing or delete the content whenever you like, and the license ends with it.
4. Product information and images
Titles, prices, and images come from third-party retailer sites and belong to their owners. Pecca shows them so you can organize items for personal use, and links back to the source where it can. We’re not affiliated with, and don’t endorse, any retailer or brand. Prices and availability can be wrong or out of date, so always check with the store.
5. Copyright and takedowns
If you own rights to something shown through Pecca (including on a user’s share page) and believe it infringes those rights, email legal@pecca.app with the link and the details. We’ll review it and remove it where appropriate. We may also remove content or disable sharing links at our discretion.
6. Accounts and data
Accounts are anonymous and tied to your device. Lose the device or delete the app, and we may not be able to get your wardrobe back. You can delete your account and data anytime in the app.
7. Changes and availability
Pecca is provided “as is.” We may change, pause, or retire features at any time, and we may update these terms. If you keep using the app after an update, that counts as accepting the new terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pecca comes without warranties, and we’re not liable for indirect or knock-on damages or for the accuracy of third-party product information. None of this limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
